
Ingredients
- 2 naan or pita breads (pizza base)
- 1 cup scrambled eggs (soft cooked)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cooked bacon or sausage crumbles (or sautéed veggies for veggie version)
- ¼ cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place naan on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Spread a thin layer of marinara.
- Add scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon/veggies on top.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and edges are crispy.
- Slice into 4 pieces—like the Turtles would—and yell “Cowabunga!” while serving.
