Cowabunga Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 naan or pita breads (pizza base)
  • 1 cup scrambled eggs (soft cooked)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon or sausage crumbles (or sautéed veggies for veggie version)
  • ¼ cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place naan on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Spread a thin layer of marinara.
  3. Add scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon/veggies on top.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and edges are crispy.
  5. Slice into 4 pieces—like the Turtles would—and yell “Cowabunga!” while serving.
