Rainbow Brite Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ cup granola
  • Fruit toppings: kiwi, pineapple, blueberries, raspberries, dragon fruit
  • Optional: blue spirulina or pitaya powder for extra color

Instructions

  1. Blend banana + mango + ½ cup almond milk until smooth. Spoon into a bowl (this makes the yellow base).
  2. Blend strawberries + ¼ cup almond milk into another bowl (pink base).
  3. Blend blueberries + ¼ cup almond milk (purple/blue base).
  4. Spoon each smoothie blend side by side in stripes for a rainbow effect.
  5. Top with granola and fresh fruit arranged in rainbow order.
