
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ½ cup granola
- Fruit toppings: kiwi, pineapple, blueberries, raspberries, dragon fruit
- Optional: blue spirulina or pitaya powder for extra color
Instructions
- Blend banana + mango + ½ cup almond milk until smooth. Spoon into a bowl (this makes the yellow base).
- Blend strawberries + ¼ cup almond milk into another bowl (pink base).
- Blend blueberries + ¼ cup almond milk (purple/blue base).
- Spoon each smoothie blend side by side in stripes for a rainbow effect.
- Top with granola and fresh fruit arranged in rainbow order.
